It's quite the year for shorts at the shop. We've really loved having some other options and this is one of the really good ones. Freenote has always had impeccable taste when it comes to canvas cotton selection. They always have killer pant designs, so we figured these would be great when we saw them in the linesheets. We were right. They're a really comfy fit with the drawstring waist and rounded patch pockets. We couldn't help but to feel lighter and bouncier in this short. Our favorite detail on these has to be those copper snaps on the pockets! We always find ourselves dropping our phones out of pants with big pockets like this. This stops that problem when leaning back on a blanket for a concert or sitting on the subway in New York.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size medium in this short. This was a perfect cozy size for someone who usually wears a 33. The size charts are accurate, so go with what suits you best. If you're in between, size up for a roomier fit. If you like them slim, temp fate...but don't say we didn't warn you. Tommy is 5'10, 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
